Best/Worst Trash Talkers In MMA?

Top 10 best trash talkers/fight hypers in my opinion:

-Chael Sonnen (people actually believe what this guy says? his voice is annoying as shit and he doesn't believe the shit he says)

-Tito Ortiz (he's been doing his antics forever)

-BJ Penn (in some fights...but I think he's serious with his trash talk, in other words he's good)

-Frank Mir (talks trash win or lose...now that Carwin has shut him up he's pretty quiet)

-Josh Koscheck (same as BJ Penn)

-Frank Trigg (pre Hughes fights, he loses a lot now and can't back it up so it's become lame)

-Matt Serra (pre GSP rematch...for the big fights this guy is good)

-Karo Parisyan (maybe he's just crazy?)

-The Diaz Brothers (they probably believe the shit they say)

-Phil Baroni (believes the shit he says too)

The Diaz Brothers hands down. BJ being a close second. Those two being the best. Even though I want to say Sonnen, Koscheck, and Mir in a combo as the worst I have to go with Baroni.

Easily the Diaz punks, followed closely by Toto head.

There have been a shit ton of honorable mentions though, everyone on History's list and add Tank Abbott

“Okay. Right here, I’m tickling his brain.” - Tank Abbott while watching a replay in which he presses his opponent’s head into the cage.

“Isn’t that the guy on the coffee can?” - Tank Abbott on his Brazilian opponent, Hugo Duarte.

“I dreamed that I was being raped by Freddy Mercury.” - Tank Abbott after losing to Dan Severn.

“He who fights and runs away lives to fight another day and looks like a pussy today.” - Tank Abbott

Tank Abbott is a good one, but the guy was just a drunk. The shit he talked about Severn was gem.

Yes he was and I loved it, back then the sport was so young and violent, I knew no better.

I was always jacked for Tanks fights, win or lose those first few minutes were going to be insanely fun to watch.

Then they let him talk and forget about it, funny shit was always to follow
