Who would win if UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar fought Strikeforce Heavyweight Champion Alistair Overeem ???

Lesnar because he would just take Overeem down and grind him out in 2 or 3 rounds. Overeem is good on the ground, but so is Brock. Lesnar totally immobilized Frank Mir in their second fight. He would be able to outwork Overeem. Of course Alistair would have a chance of finishing him stading with his nasty kicks and powerful punches and his GNP is probably cleaner and can endure longer than Carwin's but I just still think Lesnar would take it. He's too damn strong and fast and skilled for anyone to deny his takedowns repeatedly. Maybe they can get to their feet once or twice, but unless you take him out with a KO or a submission, he'll wear you down on the ground.

Brock wins pretty decisively via ground and pound, it wouldn't go past the second round in my opinion.

Brock would take him down with the first attempt, and nature would take care of the rest.
