happened upon by way of my very favorite fight news site, headkicklegend: www.headkicklegend.com

Video From YouTube:(link)

i know some, if not most, of you guys are big fans. i'm jealous of the way the guy lived his life, despite its end.

if you watch through to the end, there are links to individual fighter interviews labeled "once i was a champion - [insert fighter name]"

forrest's is typically hilarious. chael's is typically douche-y. and so on.

Any clue when this comes out? If it was in the trailer I missed it.

it's not in the trailer or in any of the (few) reports i've read about it.

some of the interviews sampled in the trailer were on youtube as early as spring of last year, so the footage has obviously been out there a while. so them finally having an official trailer would lead me to believe it was in the coming months.

however, them not having a date, even as general as something like "coming this fall/summer" leads me to believe they're not even close and are just trying to keep the word out or something.

i don't know what they're doing with this. goddamn tapout. the trailer's cool, though.

yeah, it looks pretty cool. That's the thing with doing a film yourself it seems to take forever. My wife and I donated money to another documentary about the band, "The Gits". They needed money for funding and I think it took about 2 years before it came out. Same type of deal though, they had a trailer but it just took forever.
