need some help with a bet...

so me and my buddy have a running bet on all the main card fights in the UFC this year. Tonight he picked Davis, Hardy, Sadollah, and Garcia. I am currently behind so I'm trying to work my way back slowly. I was thinking of possibly picking Rumble Johnson to beat Hardy or Jung to beat Garcia, which do you guys think would be a safer bet? I don't want to pick both.

I think they are both close fights to call, but I'd go with rumble. Garcia Jung I was close, and Garcia almost always gets the nod on the scorecards. Johnson looked decent at weigh ins, and will be the much bigger stronger and faster fighter.

I think Rumble, Jung, and Johnson are all pretty decent picks. I rather pick Lenny in the Jung fight though. Your bet seems confusing, are you betting that you can pick the most wins?

I picked Rumble in the MMAF Fantasy League. I agree that he's bigger and faster than Hardy, and has much more power as well. I also think that Hardy's a bit overrated because of his title shot. I really never had him as a true contender; there just wasn't anybody else to give to GSP at the time. Not saying he's not a good fighter, but when I think of "contenders", I think of Fitch, Alves, Kos, and Shields, not Hardy.

The Korean Zombie could easily win too, but Garcia's style is just too judge friendly for him to lose a decision if the fight is close.

ya we're picking the winner for every fight, whoever has the best record wins. I'm below .500 right now

he has a distinct advantage in that he's been watching MMA for 2 or 3 extra years.

I think I'm going to pick Rumble to win, but thanks for all the advice guys.
