King Mo: Jon Jones deserves an ass-whipping

Muhammed Lawal predicts a Rashad Evans victory over Jon Jones, a beating that King Mo says Jones deserves for pulling a "ho move" and turning his back on Evans. Is this just jibber-jabber or do you agree with King Mo that Jones did not show enough loyalty to Rashad?

"I think it broadsided [Rashad Evans], because they both make an agreement and all of a sudden someone reneges. I would never fight Daniel (Cormier) definitely, and he would never fight me. But then all of a sudden if he went behind my back and said, 'I'll fight Mo' on T.V., and I don't know - that's a ho-move. And a ho-move deserves an ass whipping. I know none of my training partners that are my brothers would ever pull a ho-move like that. If I say I ain't going to fight my brother, I ain't going to fight my brother. He's a good young fighter. Here's the thing, every time there's a new champion people think he's unbeatable. C'mon man, anybody can get beat at anytime. Hype is just whatever the fans think. I'm not hyping no man. Anybody can get beat on any day. I don't care what the fans think, their not fighters. Everyone says Jon Jones smashed a high level striker. Shogun is just a sloppy brawler, not sloppy, but an aggressive brawler. People said nobody would beat Brock Lesnar, Fedor, B.J. Penn, Machida, look what happened. Every man can be beaten. Without a doubt I can beat Jon Jones. I know I can beat Jon Jones. He's a good fighter, but all it takes is a good game plan, a good camp and I know I would win. My brother Rashad got the tools to beat him too. Rashad's going to beat him."

Five knuckles needs to slap the person who typed that ****. Wreaks of amateurism. I normally don't dog on grammer, but it's sad when it comes from a "new source."

That being said, I don't totally disagree with Mo. I do think Jones is beatable, and I think a smart, motivated Mo fight would be interesting. Mo's wrestling is on another level; kinda like Askren. He also has decent cardio, or at lest the ability to still perform well when gassed. He can take punishment, and can still wrestle strong late into a fight.

I am becoming a fan of Mo (while not necessarily of his fighting style). He is right on with this one. JJ needs someone to put him down and hopefully Rashad is the man for the job.

I honestly dont understand the fus to begin with!

It was a stupid thing to say that you will never fight a friend, its not like that fight game is that big... At the K1-GP it would often occur that several fighters from the same gym entered the GP.

Think of big teams like Mike's Gym and Golden Glory, these guys love each other to death and in the gym its just business as usual. And the trainer, he just lets the assistent coaches support the fighters ringside and the the main trainer (Bas Boon, Mike or whoever) just sits in the crowd and enjoys the show. I think Greg Jackson's camp and Jackson himself should apply similair behaviour and just enjoy!

Fighting is an individual sport, not a team sport.

Enough said.

King Mo would get hilariously outclassed by Jon Jones.

Also, LOL at Jones not being a pussy equaling a "ho move"
