I was watching the last Phil Baroni fight that happened this past weekend. Before that i remember hearing a blerp about how he says he's got much left in him. That got me thinking about guys who look the part but always fall flat upon the bell ringing.
Kevin Randleman comes to mind as a guy who looks like he's gonna destroy someone up until the moment he steps in the ring. He shines when he fights a can that he knows he can whoop, but give him a guy that throws back and he dissipates like water on a stove.
Baroni seems the same in that he's got decent hands but can't fight past the 3min mark. He's had this problem since forever and refuses to fix it.
can we throw Cro-cop into the mix as well?
