Daley is fighting on the BAMMA card this weekend, and weighed in 6Lbs over for his WW fight against Jordan Radev.

He blames it on the lack of saunas, lol.

To me priority #1 to fighting is make weight. If you don't make weight all else is pointless. You can put all kinds of time into studying your opponent or training certain areas of you game but if you don't make weight it doesn't matter.

I don't get it. Once ok. But time and time again. Come on man!
