Looks like Rampage got what he wanted.

I think that Rampage will take this easily. I expect that this will play out somewhat like the Hamil fight. The big difference being that Bader will look better than Hamil did, but end the fight suffering from a concussion.

Bader is going to sleep. If Tito can intimidate him and catch him, Rampage should put him in a coma.

oh god... poor Ryan Bader. The difference between Bader and the Hamill fight is that Bader actually believes in his power more and will probably try to knock Rampage out, like a fool, and ignore his obviously grappling advantage.

I guess I'll be the first to say it....

Bader wins this.

I think that Bader does better vs Rampage than he did vs Tito. Against Tito, Bader just got careless and got caught for it. Everyone expected that Bader vs Tito would be about who would assert the ground and pound first. Bader simply thought he was going to be better at that gameplan than Tito. He got caught, and then he got choked out for his trouble.

But Rampage is not coming off of 5 losses in 6 fights, and Rampage absolutely has a reputation of knocking people into next month. There is no way that Bader tries to stand and trade for any length of time. I think Bader is either going to be spending a lot of time covered up and blocking, or he is going to be going for either Clinch-Against-The-Cage and takedowns.

Ultimately, I think Bader will do more damage to Rampage than Hamil did. I also think he lasts until the 2nd round against Rampage. However, I also think that Bader will get finished.

Well he can't really do worse, can he?

I still think he gets put to sleep, but it is possible he survives a round. Really depends on how tentative he is.
