Recording Pay Per Views

I have Time Warner Cable. I have ordered about 35 UFC Pay Per Views and DVR'ed every single one. I work until 11pm so I rarely get to watch a Pay Per View live. Anyway, UFC 139 glitched horribly when I DVR'ed it and when I called the cable company to complain they told me that it is impossible to DVR a pay per view and that I must of been getting lucky before.

Does anyone else on here record they pay per views and have they ran into any problems doing so?

I DVR pay per views without a problem. Never had an issue. I'd call the cable company back and ask them WTF is up

I've DVRed them on both DirecTV and Comcast.....never had a problem. Well, Comcast used to malfunction every time I tried to order a PPV, but the few times it worked I had no trouble DVRing it.

I told them I had DVR'ed the previous 34 without a problem and told them I would likely leave if that was the case. He told me no company would allow it but I will definatley look. Direct TV was my second choice so if that works then that is good.

I've DVR'd them both with Time Warner & with Fios. But that was a long time ago, thier policies could have changed. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't anymore. It's better just to use thier service to acquire it through other means.
