recently tried to buy a car, the same 3.0T, and one is turbocharged, a mechanical supercharger, do not consider his results solely from the life for which we have a longer, easy to hear that turbo-charged bad, but expensive, then supercharged it?

turbo-charged power source is the kinetic energy of exhaust gas, while the supercharged power source is the engine output shaft directly.

Turbo Booster is not so easy to bad, from the earliest age in the F1 field 70 applied to the present large quantities into the civil, turbo-charged technology has very much come of age. There is no big quality problems.

However, there is turbo lag, because the turbine fast enough only in the exhaust is high enough when the engine speed will work, while the mechanical supercharger does not exist the problem, but the mechanical devices which require a supercharged engine power, so mechanical supercharger installation relatively higher fuel consumption.
