I have never had chafing issues on my bike, but I can't seem to get away from it running. I tried wearing compression shorts, but the legs kept sliding up so I still had chafing issues. What do you ladies wear while running? I don't really want to run in pants as I live in Texas and it gets a little warm. How can I stop this so that I can reach my running goals? HELP!!!!

How about a running skirt?

(I've linked to older styles on sale because these are the ones I've tried, the newer styles are probably worth checking out too).

Lots of women like these too (not quite as stylish, but I have one of these in the style with shorts, not briefs, and it's very well cut and well constructed):

Assuming the chafing you're getting is from the fabric of the shorts, not from thighs against thighs, skirts could be a better option than shorts.

They're comfy and cute too .

Otherwise... Bodyglide???

I second body glide. Unfortunately my thighs tend to make contact. I don't feel like I have thighs particularly worthy of being thunder thighs. But I'm just in denial. I have thick thighs and they chafe. Body Glide helps lots!!
