About creativity: what is your definition for a lack of creativity? In other words what do you view as a lack of creativity. For example, I am a graphic designer and there are many people who would say I must be very creative, but you know I can't do maths and I feel that doing maths also requires a level of creativity. In my humble opinion I think everybody has a certain amount of creativity, perhaps you just haven't found your niche where your creativity is situated or perhaps you think that what you do is not creative and therefore desire another type of creativity. Come down to desire, attachment and suffering because of it. This is something you need to sort out for yourself, no amount of yoga will remedy that. So by the way doing yoga is also another type of physcial creativity, so perhaps you are more creative than you give yourself credit for?

About ADD: I think much of ADD is a direct result of first off eating the wrong types of foods, for example too much refined, processed for with too much colourants and preservatives play for me a big role. (And i know there are different views to this and I respect that).

So first off, evaluate your diet and here yoga philosophy can assist you greatly, start by researching sattvic, rajasic and tamasic food stuff and you will be surprised at what you might get.

Ayurveda can be of a great help here, unfortunately I don't know enough about it to give you insightful advice, perhaps one of our members who has more knowledge might be able to give you more here.

Then after sorting out the diet, yoga in general can greatly assist people suffering from ADD as it creates self-awareness, structure and coordination which people suffering from ADD needs. It also calms the over stimulated body and mind of the person and induce a state of natural clamness.

Hope this helps. Good luck.
