Dear ilikeyoga,

Brilliant! Good for you! Everthing you're doing sounds great.

Yes. You can do asanas right after your walk. It's a good way to warm up. And if you want to begin by walking yogically, inhale as you count four steps, exhale the next four, inhale the next four and so on. If you become winded at all, then alternate every two steps. So long as it is even.

Pranayama can be done immediately after asanas, or before. However, end your asanas with a few minutes of sarvasana before moving on, and then again after pranayama.

I sometimes do a very similar combination, which I love, however in reverse: pranayama, asanas, and then I go for a walk. You might be amazed at the difference when you take your walk after yoga, especially if you continue with the synchronized breathing.

To your health and happiness,

Siva,

you could always do the vogue thing, where while walking you could stop and strike a pose
