prenatal yoga DVDs for a beginner and non-native English speaker

i have a riddle that i need help answering:

i have a good friend who is at the beginning of her fifth month of pregnancy. she is interested in trying yoga to help stay fit and sane during the months to come, but she has never taken a class before. there are no classes in our area that she can take, and so the only option is a DVD. she's a complete beginner, quite inflexible (according to her), and her ability to understand spoken English is about intermediate.

so, does anyone here have suggestions for beginner DVDs for pregnant women, but especially DVDs that a non-native English speaker can easily follow? i know she would be turned off by an instructor who is too chatty because she'll feel like she's missing something.

i know this is a tall order and actually, if anyone here knows a good Japanese prenatal series for beginners, that would be even better!

thank you for any help you can offer!

Sorry I don`t have any Idea about DVD`s but there is a wonderfull book written by Frederik Leboyer on Yog in the pregnancy, but still a class with an expierenced techer would be the safer way.

Al the best

Lars
