Excessive Thirst and Anger

ChiGirl2010-07-04 23:12:56 +0000 #1
Practicing Kundalini moreso for two years. Before that I have danced from my living room to the stage, I'm physically preoccupied and hyper-aware to my sensations.

Recently, in the last five years I have gone from being vegan to vegetarian to raw and underweight, to vegan junk food eater, usually consuming copious amounts of wine.

Occasionally and most increased since then I become extremely thirsty in the evenings accompanied by anger.

After drinking water I become excessively angry. Distilled water may leave me less upset.

Does this ring a bell for anyone? I am tired of being angry and tired of questioning my internal guidance.

How can I discover the root of the problem from this symptom? Does this Symptom sound familiar to anyone?

I think the answer to your question is contained in your post. Stop drinking copious amounts of wine and start to eat a balanced diet.

You become excessively angry after drinking water as your body has grown fond of alcoholic drinks. When you drink water it is the same action, but the drink lacks alcohol, and it feels that it is denied something. Hence the frustration, and anger. (Distilled water has no taste, thus the trigger does not kick in)

You have become addicted to alcohol. Your brain has been physically modified, and it's receptors need the stimuli from alcohol. So do not trust your internal guidance what says you should drink. Alcohol is an addictive substance. Noone should regularly introduce it into his/her body, as it creates addiction.

If you feel it is beyond you, seek professional help.

Otherwise, welcome to the club ... we are all addicted to something.
