no such thing as yoga practice

just some thoughts to throw out there

in basketball we can go to basketball practice one day and then play in a game where "it counts" and then go back and practice the next day

In yoga, yoga is life so there is no practice. There may be times that you are more focused and concentrated because you are dedicating time that has less things to stimulate and distract you.

when you sit at work, go for a walk, pick up a child, bend over to tie your shoes, those are asanas. Each breath you take, pranayama, focused on the task at hand is concentration, how you treat everyone is your morals, how you eat, how you think, etc...

if we may be more focused in our daily activities we may get ourselves in a position where we need less asana and pranayama exercises and spend more time on meditation during that time we dedicate to ourselves

just an opinion

it is nice in that quiet time devoted to myself and more detached from the world, today's morning "practice" was a very blessed one, but now I am in the rest of the game so we will see how the day goes

take care

Sorry for the bad lettering. It is "sacrilege". I must have americanized it. I'd better stop making jokes.
