Karma Yoga Anyone?

First, let me say hello to everyone and Namaste. For the benefit of people new to yoga, karma yoga loosely translates to selfless service to others. For a more indepth explanation, read the Bhagavad Gita.

I want to invite all yoga teachers to help me with a new program in the United States that offers 4 free beginner yoga lessons to former or active duty war veterans. Anyone interested should go to Home: www.yogaforvets.com .

If you aren't a yoga teacher, you can still practice karma yoga by spreading the word about Yoga For Vets to any military vets or even to your favorite yoga studio. Your help is greatly appreciated by me.

I apologize in advance to people that don't live in the USA and are reading this. I don't mean to sound exclusionary.

Om Shanti

I am new into yoga and heard a lot of good things abut it.

I would surely spread the word as much as I can in TX.
