I need some help please

Hi !

I have been interested in Yoga for a long time but never really gotten started. The problem right now is that I am living in China (I am not Chinese) and there are very few places teaching yoga here, and thoose who do teach yoga pretty much only teach women so I guess that I am on my own.

Luckily, there are tons of information about yoga online so atleast I am not totally lost.

I have planned to do yoga about 30 minutes every morning, the first thing that I do when I get up.

The problem is that I dont know what kind of poses I should do, or what order I should do them in. Also, should I do the same poses every day or should I try to mix it up ?

It would be a great help if an experienced yoga practitioner here could help me put together a weekly yoga program that I can stick with for a few months untill I start getting a hang of things myself. I am 25 years old and a male and I only have 30 minutes in the mornings. You only have to write down the name of the poses to do, what order to do them and maybe how long time to hold them. Once I know the name of the poses I will be able to find information about how to do them myself on the net.
